If the store credit is not used within that time frame, the customer forfeits the right to use it.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Exceptions to the Right of Returns and Exchanges<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>There are no returns or exchange on the following products:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Washed products<\/strong>: products which have been washed can not be returned or changed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Used products<\/strong>: products which have been used can not be returned or changed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Products with an broken seal<\/strong>: If the packaging has been opened and the product cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal and the right to exchange do not apply.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Customized products<\/strong>: If the product has been manufactured according to the customer\u2019s specifications or otherwise customized.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Product with a short life length<\/strong>: Products who quickly can be old, like food.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Products which have been mixed<\/strong>: If, after delivery, the product has been mixed with other goods in such a way that it can no longer be separated or identified.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gift cards<\/strong>: Gift cards can not be returned or exchanged.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Goods from the second-quality assortment<\/strong>: Products sold as \u201csecond quality\u201d and products that are marked as not being in perfect condition cannot be returned or exchanged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Refund<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In the case of an approved return, the customer is entitled to a full refund. All our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped from our warehouse. If a product nevertheless turns out to be faulty, damaged, or defective, you may submit a complaint.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What is a complaint?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A complaint means that you as a customer notify us that a product has a defect that was present at the time of delivery or occurred despite normal use. Examples of defects that can be claimed include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Fabric defects<\/strong>, such as broken seams or defective PUL coating.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Manufacturing defects<\/strong>, such as broken snaps, wrong design or defect size.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shipping damages<\/strong> discovered later.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Please note:<\/strong> Complaints do not apply to products sold as part of the second-quality assortment or to goods purchased second-hand from the company, as defects are expected in these cases.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>How to make a complaint:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Contact us <strong><a rel=\"noopener\">info@greenpoppy.se<\/a><\/strong> as soon as you discover the problem.<\/li>\n<li>Include following information:\n<ul>\n<li>Order number.<\/li>\n<li>A description of the problem.<\/li>\n<li>Pictures that shows the problem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Once we have received and approved your complaint, we will send you a shipping label by email that you can print at home and attach to the package.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please note:<\/strong> The customer is responsible for packaging the product securely before returning it to Green Poppy.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What happens after a complaint?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>If the complaint is approved:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the first instance, we will try to resolve the issue to restore the product to its correct condition.<\/li>\n<li>If this is not possible, you will be offered a replacement product of the same or an equivalent model.<\/li>\n<li>If no replacement is possible, the value of the product will be refunded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>If the complaint is not approved:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If the complaint is deemed invalid, you as the customer are responsible for the shipping costs.<\/li>\n<li>Green Poppy will initially cover the shipping costs, but you as the customer have 14 days to reimburse these costs via Swish or bank transfer.<\/li>\n<li>If payment is not received within 14 days, an invoice will be issued. The invoice must be paid within 30 days. After 30 days, late payment interest will be charged in accordance with the Swedish Interest Act (reference rate + 8%).<\/li>\n<li>The customer will be informed on the invoice that late payment interest will apply after 30 days. If payment is still not made and a reminder is sent, the 30-day period will be counted from the date the reminder was issued.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>Shipping fees for complaints<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Green Poppy covers the shipping costs for approved complaints. If the complaint is rejected, you as the customer are responsible for the shipping costs, both for the return shipment to us and for any shipping back to you.<\/p>\n<p>We recommend that you always package the item carefully when returning it to avoid damage during transport.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Difference between return, right of withdrawal, and complaint<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Return<\/strong>: A return means that a product is sent back by the buyer without any specific defect in the product, for example if the buyer is not satisfied with the purchase.
