If you wish to make a return, please read our policy.<\/p>\n<h3>Return<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Definition of return<\/strong><br \/>A return refers to a purchased item being returned within a specific period, i.e., the withdrawal period, and the payment for the product is refunded to the buyer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Customers who can make a return<\/strong><br \/>All customers, both private persons and cooperations, can make a return.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Initiate a Return<\/strong><br \/>Plase contact Green Poppy if you wish to make a return <a rel=\"noopener\">info@greenpoppy.se<\/a>A shipping label will be sent to the customer after the company has received the cost of the return shipping.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time limitation for a return<\/strong><br \/>A return should take place within 14 calendar days from the date the order is received. This period corresponds to the withdrawal period.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Return Shipping Fee<\/strong><br \/>For returns from abroad, the customer will be charged according to the current shipping costs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exchange of Item<\/strong><br \/>Green Poppy offers exchanges subject to availability. Please note that we cannot guarantee that a product will be available in the same size or pattern as at the time of purchase. For exchanges, please contact us by email at <a rel=\"noopener\">info@greenpoppy.se<\/a>. The customer pays the shipping fee for 59 SEK (within Sweden) when doing an exchange.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Store credit<\/strong><br \/>In the case of an exchange, the customer may choose to receive a store credit, which must be used within 6 months from the date of issue. If the store credit is not used within that time frame, the customer forfeits the right to use it.<\/p>\n<h3>Exceptions to the Right of Returns and Exchanges<\/h3>\n<p>There are no returns or exchange on the following products:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Washed products<\/strong>: products which have been washed can not be returned or changed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Used products<\/strong>: products which have been used can not be returned or changed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Products with an broken seal<\/strong>: If the packaging has been opened and the product cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal and the right to exchange do not apply.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Customized products<\/strong>: If the product has been manufactured according to the customer\u2019s specifications or otherwise customized.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Product with a short life length<\/strong>: Products who quickly can be old, like food.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Products which have been mixed<\/strong>: If, after delivery, the product has been mixed with other goods in such a way that it can no longer be separated or identified.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gift cards<\/strong>: Gift cards can not be returned or exchanged.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Goods from the second-quality assortment<\/strong>: Products sold as \u201csecond quality\u201d and products that are marked as not being in perfect condition cannot be returned or exchanged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Refund<\/h3>\n<p>In the case of an approved return, the customer is entitled to a full refund. The refund is processed within 10 business days from the time the item has been returned to our warehouse and is completed within 30 days.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Payed with Klarna<\/strong>: Refunds are issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. For questions regarding refunds via Klarna, we refer you to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.klarna.com\/se\/kundservice\/\">Klarnas kundservice.<\/a>\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>Other payment methods<\/strong>: Refunds are made to the customers bank.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Other Conditions<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Return inspection<\/strong>: Returned items are individually examined before a decision on approval or rejection of the return is made.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Responsible for the return<\/strong>: The customer is responsible for the goods until they have been received back by Green Poppy. It is important to keep the return receipt and to package the goods in a way that prevents damage during shipping.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mistaken return<\/strong>: If an item is returned by mistake, it may be sent back to the customer at the customer\u2019s expense if it can be located.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you have any questions, please contact <a rel=\"noopener\">info@greenpoppy.se<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Difference between return, right of withdrawal, and complaint<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Return<\/strong>: A return means that a product is sent back by the buyer without any specific defect in the product, for example if the buyer is not satisfied with the purchase. In the case of a return, the customer will receive a refund, minus the shipping cost.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Right of Withdrawal<\/strong>: According to the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, a customer has the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods. This means the customer can return the item and receive a full refund, provided that the item is in new condition and meets the conditions for the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Complaints<\/strong>: If the product has a defect, for example if it is faulty or does not match the description, the customer has the right to make a complaint.
