Returns are handled according to our return policy and are a service we offer our customers. Please note that in the case of a return, you as the customer are usually responsible for the shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The right of withdrawal,<\/strong> however, is a statutory right that allows you to cancel your purchase without providing any reason. The right of withdrawal applies to distance purchases, for example when you shop via our website, and gives you the right to return the product within 14 days from the day you received it. Items returned under the right of withdrawal must be in unchanged condition, and you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless otherwise stated in our terms. Please note that certain items are exempt from the right of withdrawal, such as products that have been custom made according to your specifications, sealed hygiene products where the seal has been broken, or goods that are liable to deteriorate quickly.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>complaint<\/strong> applies when a product is faulty, for example if it has a manufacturing defect, transport damage, or if the product does not correspond to what was promised. In the case of a complaint, you contact us by email at info@greenpoppy.se <strong><a rel=\"noopener\">info@greenpoppy.se<\/a><\/strong> and describe the issue. If the complaint is approved, we will cover all costs related to resolving the problem. Depending on the situation, we may repair the item, replace it with a new one, or refund the purchase amount. Please note that complaints do not apply to products that have already been sold with defects (for example, second quality items) or products that have been purchased second hand.<\/p>\n<p>Please contact us if you have any questions.<\/p>\n<h1>Right of Withdrawal<\/h1>\n<p>The right of withdrawal (withdrawal period) applies during the statutory 14 days. In a message to us, it must be clear that the customer is withdrawing. The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer received the item or a substantial part of it. If the agreement concerns a custom-made item or an item that has received a clear personal touch, the withdrawal period begins on the day we provided information.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>The right of withdrawal does not apply if:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Products that, due to health or hygiene reasons, have been sealed (sealed) and where the seal (sealing) has been broken by the customer.<\/li>\n<li>Products that have been tested against the body, used, or washed.<\/li>\n<li>Custom-made product, tailored specifically to the customer, or has a clear personal touch according to the customer's wishes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>When the customer exercises their right of withdrawal:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The customer is obligated to keep the item in as good condition as when the customer received it. If the item is damaged or lost due to the customer's negligence, the customer loses the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n<h4>Procedure for Complaints:<\/h4>\n<p>Contact Green Poppy via email at <a href=\"mailto:info@greenpoppy.se\">info@greenpoppy.se<\/a> stating that the customer is withdrawing the purchase.<\/p>\n<p>The customer bears the cost of return shipping, which is 59 SEK when canceling the purchase.<\/p>\n<h1>Wrong Item<\/h1>\n<p>In the event that the customer has received the wrong item, the item should be returned to Green Poppy in unchanged condition. Green Poppy covers all additional shipping costs. All our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped from our warehouse. If a product nevertheless turns out to be faulty, damaged, or defective, you may submit a complaint.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What is a complaint?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A complaint means that you as a customer notify us that a product has a defect that was present at the time of delivery or occurred despite normal use. Examples of defects that can be claimed include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Fabric defects<\/strong>, such as broken seams or defective PUL coating.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Manufacturing defects<\/strong>, such as broken snaps, wrong design or defect size.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shipping damages<\/strong> discovered later.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Please note:<\/strong> Complaints do not apply to products sold as part of the second-quality assortment or to goods purchased second-hand from the company, as defects are expected in these cases.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>How to make a complaint:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Contact us <strong><a rel=\"noopener\">info@greenpoppy.se<\/a><\/strong> as soon as you discover the problem.<\/li>\n<li>Include following information:\n<ul>\n<li>Order number.<\/li>\n<li>A description of the problem.<\/li>\n<li>Pictures that shows the problem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Once we have received and approved your complaint, we will send you a shipping label by email that you can print at home and attach to the package.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please note:<\/strong> The customer is responsible for packaging the product securely before returning it to Green Poppy.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What happens after a complaint?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>If the complaint is approved:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the first instance, we will try to resolve the issue to restore the product to its correct condition.<\/li>\n<li>If this is not possible, you will be offered a replacement product of the same or an equivalent model.<\/li>\n<li>If no replacement is possible, the value of the product will be refunded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>If the complaint is not approved:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If the complaint is deemed invalid, you as the customer are responsible for the shipping costs.<\/li>\n<li>Green Poppy will initially cover the shipping costs, but you as the customer have 14 days to reimburse these costs via Swish or bank transfer.<\/li>\n<li>If payment is not received within 14 days, an invoice will be issued. The invoice must be paid within 30 days. After 30 days, late payment interest will be charged in accordance with the Swedish Interest Act (reference rate + 8%).<\/li>\n<li>The customer will be informed on the invoice that late payment interest will apply after 30 days. If payment is still not made and a reminder is sent, the 30-day period will be counted from the date the reminder was issued.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>Shipping fees for complaints<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Green Poppy covers the shipping costs for approved complaints.
