Diaper Cover One Size

A soft and flexible diaper cover! The cover comes in One Size and fits babies from about 4 to 16 kilos. Since all babies have different body shapes, the diaper can fit both earlier and later. With the help of the buttons on the front of the diaper, it's easy to adjust the size. The vertical buttons help adjust the height of the diaper, offering three different height settings. The horizontal buttons assist in adjusting the size around the waist and thighs, providing numerous variations. The diaper can also be fastened 'diagonally', meaning tighter or looser around the waist compared to the thighs. This makes it easy to achieve the right fit.

A diaper cover is not a complete diaper but a waterproof shell made of PUL (polyurethane laminate). You combine the cover with some type of absorbent material, for example inserts in bamboo terry or flat diapers. If you are using flat diapers, use a snappi to adapt the diaper around the baby..

Pul is colorfast and will not fade in the wash. The cover also features the tabs used to fasten the diaper. On Green Poppy’s diaper covers, we use soft, stretchy tabs.

SIO – snap-in-one

It’s easy to convert your diaper cover into a complete SIO system. By adding two bamboo terry inserts, you have a full diaper ready to use. The bamboo terry inserts are super soft against your baby’s skin. Each insert snaps into the cover with its own button, keeping it securely in place while your baby wears the diaper. When you choose to purchase the diaper cover together with two inserts as an SIO system, you save the cost of one insert. You can read more about the inserts here. Reduces the risk of leakage

In the back, there's a reassuring back elastic. The back elastic ensures the diaper sits comfortably on the baby, but it's also one of the best features of a cloth diaper – the poop barrier! The sturdy elastic helps contain poop and significantly reduces the risk of leaks. There are also elastics around the baby's thighs to further minimize the risk of leaks. It's important for the elastics to fit tightly around the baby's legs. (please see our guide on how to achieve the best fit for cloth diapers). The elastic may leave marks on the baby's skin, but it doesn't hurt. It's common and harmless for clothing to leave marks on the body.

On the inside of the shell, there are buttons both at the front and back, where you can attach inserts that have buttons (example our inserts made of bamboo Terry). Skalet har även flikar av pul fram- och baktill så att inläggen håller sig på plats.

Wash

When using a diaper cover, you don’t need to wash the cover with every diaper change; it’s enough to wash only what has been inside the cover. The cover is washed only when it feels soiled (after a few uses) or if it has been soiled with poop. Since there is no absorbent material in a diaper cover, the drying time is very short.
