This all-in-one nappy period package (suitable for newborns from 4 kilos) contains:

These products are suitable from around 4 kilos, but you can achieve a good fit even earlier or later, depending on your child’s body shape. Trying out flat diapers gives you a great start to your cloth nappy journey.

About the products in the package

Flat diapers

Flat diapers is a versatile piece of fabric with many different uses. Flat diapersna is made from bamboo and cotton and measures 75 x 75. You can either fold the flat diapersna as desired and fasten it around the baby with a Snappi, or you can fold the vikblöjan into a ‘limp fold’ and place it loosely inside a diaper cover. The Flat diapers dries quickly. As they are made from bamboo and cotton, they are super-absorbent. Flat diapers can be used from birth (approx. 3 kg) until the child is potty-trained, but they can also be used afterwards. Flat diapers nappies can also be used as burp cloths, comfort blankets, towels, etc. Flat diapers nappies come in assorted colours. Read more about flat diapers here.

Diaper covers

Pul-skalen It comes in One Size; the fit is adjusted using press studs. There are tabs on the inside of the nappy to help the insert and flat diapers fit more securely. The Pul-skal also has press studs on the inside where you can attach the insert using press studs (just like our bamboo terry insert). You’ll need to wash the pul cover when it’s soiled or feels unpleasant. You can also rinse the cover and leave it to dry. Read more about diaper covers here.

Inserts

The package contains two different types boosters. You can use the inserts on their own or in combination with a flat diaper. The bamboo and cotton insert (bamboo booster) is a thin insert measuring 35 x 11 cm. You can fold the insert to suit your child’s size or if you want increased absorbency, for example at the front of the nappy. The hemp/cotton booster measures 30 x 11 cm. It’s the perfect booster for night-time use; it absorbs slightly more liquid than the bamboo booster and, above all, retains liquid for longer. Read more about our insert here and here.

Wet bags

Pulses are perfect for storing clean and dirty diapers before washing. The bags feature dual compartments and effectively contain odors. The bags measure 45 x 35 cm. Read more about the wet bags here.

Snappi

Snappi is a handy accessory that keeps the vikblöjan in place. You attach the Snappi using the plastic prongs on it; it doesn’t hurt the child. You can read about Snappi here.
