Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal (withdrawal period) applies during the statutory 14 days. In a message to us, it must be clear that the customer is withdrawing. The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer received the item or a substantial part of it. If the agreement concerns a custom-made item or an item that has received a clear personal touch, the withdrawal period begins on the day we provided information.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if:

Products that, due to health or hygiene reasons, have been sealed (sealed) and where the seal (sealing) has been broken by the customer.

Products that have been tested against the body, used, or washed.

Custom-made product, tailored specifically to the customer, or has a clear personal touch according to the customer's wishes.

When the customer exercises their right of withdrawal:

The customer is obligated to keep the item in as good condition as when the customer received it. The customer must not use it but can, of course, examine it carefully. If the item is damaged or lost due to the customer's negligence, the customer loses the right of withdrawal.

Procedure for Complaints:

Contact Green Poppy via email at info@greenpoppy.se stating that the customer is withdrawing the purchase.

The customer bears the cost of return shipping, which is 59 SEK when canceling the purchase.

Wrong Item

In the event that the customer has received the wrong item, the item should be returned to Green Poppy in unchanged condition. Green Poppy covers all additional shipping costs. Contact via email at info@greenpoppy.se

Complaints

For complaints about an item, contact Green Poppy via email at info@greenpoppy.se

All products are inspected before they are shipped from the warehouse. If the item is damaged or in the wrong condition, a complaint can be made.

Primarily, the company will attempt to rectify the product to the correct condition. If this is not possible, the customer will be offered an equivalent product or a refund of the item's value.

Green Poppy covers all additional shipping fees for complaints.

Complaints do not apply to items from the second-hand range as these already have defects. Complaints do not apply to goods purchased as used from the company. 

The company reserves the right to deny a complaint if it turns out that the complaint is incorrect.
