Refund and Return Policy
This policy is applied to all purchases from Poppy group AB (559496-3299). If you wish to make a return, please read our policy.
Return
Definition of return
A return refers to a purchased item being returned within a specific period, i.e., the withdrawal period, and the payment for the product is refunded to the buyer.
Customers who can make a return
All customers, both private persons and cooperations, can make a return.
How to Initiate a Return
Plase contact Green Poppy if you wish to make a return info@greenpoppy.seA shipping label will be sent to the customer after the company has received the cost of the return shipping.
Time limitation for a return
A return should take place within 14 calendar days from the date the order is received. This period corresponds to the withdrawal period.
Return Shipping Fee
For returns from abroad, the customer will be charged according to the current shipping costs.
Exchange of Item
Green Poppy offers exchanges subject to availability. Please note that we cannot guarantee that a product will be available in the same size or pattern as at the time of purchase. For exchanges, please contact us by email at info@greenpoppy.se. The customer pays the shipping fee for 59 SEK (within Sweden) when doing an exchange.
Store credit
In the case of an exchange, the customer may choose to receive a store credit, which must be used within 6 months from the date of issue. If the store credit is not used within that time frame, the customer forfeits the right to use it.
Exceptions to the Right of Returns and Exchanges
There are no returns or exchange on the following products:
- Washed products: products which have been washed can not be returned or changed.
- Used products: products which have been used can not be returned or changed.
- Products with an broken seal: If the packaging has been opened and the product cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal and the right to exchange do not apply.
- Customized products: If the product has been manufactured according to the customer’s specifications or otherwise customized.
- Product with a short life length: Products who quickly can be old, like food.
- Products which have been mixed: If, after delivery, the product has been mixed with other goods in such a way that it can no longer be separated or identified.
- Gift cards: Gift cards can not be returned or exchanged.
- Goods from the second-quality assortment: Products sold as “second quality” and products that are marked as not being in perfect condition cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund
In the case of an approved return, the customer is entitled to a full refund. The refund is processed within 10 business days from the time the item has been returned to our warehouse and is completed within 30 days.
- Payed with Klarna: Refunds are issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. For questions regarding refunds via Klarna, we refer you to Klarnas kundservice.
- Other payment methods: Refunds are made to the customers bank.
Other Conditions
- Return inspection: Returned items are individually examined before a decision on approval or rejection of the return is made.
- Responsible for the return: The customer is responsible for the goods until they have been received back by Green Poppy. It is important to keep the return receipt and to package the goods in a way that prevents damage during shipping.
- Mistaken return: If an item is returned by mistake, it may be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense if it can be located.

Difference between return, right of withdrawal, and complaint
Return: A return means that a product is sent back by the buyer without any specific defect in the product, for example if the buyer is not satisfied with the purchase. In the case of a return, the customer will receive a refund, minus the shipping cost.
Right of Withdrawal: According to the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, a customer has the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods. This means the customer can return the item and receive a full refund, provided that the item is in new condition and meets the conditions for the right of withdrawal.
Complaints: If the product has a defect, for example if it is faulty or does not match the description, the customer has the right to make a complaint. In the case of a complaint, the defect must be resolved by the company, either by repairing the item, replacing it, or providing a new item.
