Refund and Return Policy
Introduction
Green Poppy AB (fortsatt benämnt ”Företaget”), med organisationsnummer 559496-3299, upprättar denna policy innehållandes villkor för hur returer och återbetalning ska gå till om en köpare önskar utnyttja sin ångerrätt.
The agreement applies to purchases within Sweden.
Return
Definition
A return refers to a purchased item being returned within a specific period, i.e., the withdrawal period, and the payment for the product is refunded to the buyer.
Customers Allowed to Return Products
All customers have the right of withdrawal and can therefore return an item. The terms outlined in this policy cover both consumers and business customers.
How to Initiate a Return
If a customer wishes to return an item, the customer should contact the company via email at info@greenpoppy.se
A shipping label will be sent by the company to the customer after the customer has paid the return shipping cost.
When a Return Should Occur
A return should take place within 14 calendar days from the date the order is received. This period corresponds to the withdrawal period.
Return Shipping Fee
The buyer is responsible for paying a return shipping fee of 59 SEK (applies within Sweden).
For returns from abroad, the customer will be charged according to the current shipping costs.
Exchange of Item
The company offers an exchange of the item subject to availability. The company cannot guarantee that the product will be available in an equivalent design regarding pattern or size at the time of the exchange as it was at the time of purchase. If there is a desire to exchange an item, the customer should contact the company via email at info@greenpoppy.se
A shipping label will be sent to the customer after the company has received the cost of the return shipping.
The right to exchange applies to both consumers and business customers and is valid for 14 calendar days from the delivery of the item.
An item can be exchanged for a credit note if desired. Such a credit note must be used within 6 months from its issuance. If the receipt is not used within the specified time, the customer loses the right to use the credit on the credit note.
For an item exchange, the buyer pays a return shipping fee of 59 SEK to the company's warehouse, and the company covers the entire shipping fee for the new item sent back to the customer.
Exceptions to the Right of Returns and Exchanges
According to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59), the right of withdrawal and exchange does not apply to agreements that:
- Concern an item whose price depends on market fluctuations that the seller cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.
- Concern an item that has been manufactured according to the customer's instructions or in a way that gives it a personal touch.
- Concern an item that has quickly deteriorated or become outdated
- Concern an item that, with a broken package, cannot be returned/exchanged due to health or hygiene reasons, and the packaging has been broken by the customer.
- Concern an item that has been washed.
- Concern an item that has been used.
- Concern an item that, after delivery, has been mixed with another item in such a way that they cannot be separated, and this is due to the nature of the item.
- Concern gift cards

Refund
Upon an approved return, the customer is entitled to a full refund.
The goal is to process the return within 10 working days from when the item is received at the company's warehouse. Refund occurs within 30 days from when the item has returned to the company's warehouse.
Har kunden betalat via Payson sker återbetalning på samma sätt.
Har kunden betalat på annat sätt än via Payson, sker återbetalningen som en banköverföring till kundens bankkonto.
Other Conditions
Returned items are individually examined before a decision on approval or rejection of the return is made.
The customer is responsible for a return until it is returned to the company. For situations where a return does not arrive, it is important to save the return receipt from the relevant carrier to prove that the return has actually been sent. It is also important to pack the items securely to prevent damage during shipping.
The company is not responsible for items returned by mistake. If the company can locate an item returned by mistake, it can be sent back to the customer, provided that the customer covers the delivery costs.
